Personnel changes in the Management Board

Our company's founder, Klaus Faber, has resigned as CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of the Klaus Faber AG for health reasons.

The company will be managed by the board members Reinhard Müller and Joachim Krimmel on behalf of the owner Klaus Faber. Objective is to maintain the life´s work of the company founder, to preserve it and to successfully lead the Klaus Faber AG into the future.

 Klaus Faber remains closely connected to the company. As Chairman of the Board of the non-profit Klaus Faber Foundation, he will also contribute to safeguarding and preservation of the company and the jobs. The Klaus Faber foundation supports science and research in the field of medicine, projects of applied medicine and shall ensure that the Klaus Faber AG is maintained in the long term.
