Klaus Faber AG appoints new Chief Executive Officer

Joachim Czabanski is appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Klaus Faber AG effective 1. February 2017.

Joachim Czabanski gained comprehensive experience in industrial enterprises in different management positions and can look back on an impressive CV.

From 2011 up to now Czabanski acted as Executive Vice President EHT in the BARTEC group as well as Managing Director of the BARTEC BACAB S.A., Switzerland. In addition he acted as President of the international industry association ETHIC (Electric Trace Heating Industry Council) from 2013 to 2015. Previously he worked seven years as a Director of Mechatronics at Kromberg & Schubert, one of the global leaders in the supply of electrical systems, cables and plastic components to the automotive industry.

The mechanical and plastics engineer has an extensive knowledge in international sales, business development, strategic realignment and restructuring of business units as well as innovative product development expertise.

"I am very grateful for the trust placed in me," Czabanski says. "The position of the CEO of Klaus Faber AG entails many challenges. I am aware of the great responsibility, but for now I´m particularly looking forward to the active development of the company´s great potential."

The current Board consists of Joachim Czabanski (Chief Executive Officer), Joachim Krimmel and Reiner Zahm. This spring the Management Board will be expanded by a Chief Financial Officer.
